STILLNESS AND OCCURRENCE

Using long exposures in very particular lighting conditions, the series Stillness and Occurrence was made near Edinburgh on the Portobello coastwhere the artist has lived for many years. In common with much of Williams’ output it evidences his interest in non-duality and seeks to explore ideas of ‘time’, ‘space’ and ‘self’.
